✨ Exam Success
We are incredibly proud of Edward and Martha for passing their Primary Tap exam, entered by Miss Debbie. Your hard work, commitment, and progress in Tap have been wonderful to see — a huge well done to you both!
A huge congratulations also goes to our Pre-Primary Ballet, Primary Ballet, Presha (Grade 2, who travelled from Truro), and Elsa (Grade 3 Ballet) for completing their recent exams.
We know how hard each and every one of you worked in the lead-up, and although nerves were present on the day, you all showed up, gave it your absolute best, and performed beautifully. We are incredibly proud of you all and are now eagerly awaiting your results!
🌟 Upcoming Summer Exams
We are looking ahead to our next round of examinations, including both RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern & Tap exams.
Dates will be finalised shortly, and we are so excited to continue entering more of our dancers. Exams are a wonderful opportunity for students to grow in confidence, technique, and performance — and we can’t wait to support them in making even more progress.
☀️ Summer Term Dates
Our Summer Term will run from:
Monday 20th April – Saturday 18th July
On Monday 4th May, May Bank Holiday, there will be no classes
Half Term: Week commencing 25th May
We are looking forward to another fantastic term of dancing!
🎭 Musical Theatre Success & New Theme
We are so proud of all our students who took part in our first Musical Theatre term, where the theme was Wicked.
The children did an incredible job learning choreography, exploring character work, and performing script — it has been wonderful to see their confidence grow.
We are excited to announce that next term’s theme for both Musical Theatre classes (with Miss Kathryn and Miss Lucy) will be…… ✨ Matilda the Musical ✨
We can’t wait to get started!
👕 Uniform Reminder
As we move into a new term — and with some students progressing into new grades following exams — this is a great time to check that your child’s uniform still fits and is correct for their class.
If your child requires new uniform (whether they have moved up a grade or grown out of their current items), you have two options:
Visit Richard at Blue Dancewear, who now stocks the new official RAD Ballet uniform colours (including matching cardigans for each grade)
Or speak to Miss Lucy or Miss Kathryn, who can order uniform on your behalf if you provide sizes
Here is a quick guide to uniform requirements:
Dinky Dancers – Own comfortable clothing or optional lilac skirted leotard
Pre-Primary & Primary Ballet – Lilac skirted leotard with socks or ballet tights
Boys: white leotard or white t-shirt, navy or black cycle shorts, white socks, white ballet shoes
Grade 1 & 2 – Powder blue leotard with belt and ballet tights
Boys: as above or black/navy ballet leggings
Grade 3 & 4 – Mulberry leotard with belt and ballet tights
Grade 5 – Damson leotard with belt and ballet tights
Grade 6–8, Discovering Rep & Vocational Ballet – Black, burgundy or navy leotard with skirt and ballet tights
Musical Theatre Uniform - Infinity Dance Cornwall T-Shirt, black leggings/jogging bottoms/dance trousers, jazz shoes
Footwear: Ballet shoes for all students, with character shoes required from Grade 1 upwards
✨ Hair: A ballet bun is required from Grade 1 onwards, as this supports correct alignment and technique (especially for turns and pirouettes)

Invoices are sent on the 17th of each month for the following month
Payment is due by the 1st of each month

We are so excited to announce our Infinity Dance Cornwall Summer School!
📅 Dates: 10th – 12th August 2026
📍 Location: Porthleven School
🎭 Theme: High School Musical
Half Day (Ages 4–5):
🕘 9:30am – 12:30pm (£15)
Full Day (School Age):
🕘 9:30am – 3:30pm (£30)
It’s going to be three days full of dancing, creativity, and fun — we can’t wait!
🎄 Christmas Dance & Carol Concert

We are already looking ahead to our Infinity Dance Cornwall Christmas Dance & Carol Concert at the end of 2026.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for our dance family to come together, celebrate the festive season, showcase our amazing dancers and all their hard work, and enjoy singing carols together.

💚 A Note to Our Dance Families
We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding during last term, where there were a few heating issues and last-minute venue changes that were unfortunately out of our control.
Please be assured that we have been working closely with our venues to ensure that our spaces are prepared, comfortable, and ready for our dancers each week.
We will continue to communicate and work proactively to provide the very best environment possible for all of our students.
